Keeping your teeth clean and your breath fresh is of the utmost importance, especially if you are the type of person who has to meet with several people during your working day. Stained teeth and bad breath are major turn-offs, which can put a real strain on your social life.
When you are busy running from meeting to meeting, it can be easy to neglect simple oral hygiene in between meals. In times like this, the most practical thing to do is to freshen up while you are in your car.
Believe it or not, it is possible to brush your teeth while inside your vehicle. Keep a small bag in your car that contains a travel-sized toothbrush, a small tube of toothpaste, a bottle of mouthwash, dental floss, some toothpicks, and a towel or a box of tissues to dry yourself after brushing. A travel-sized hand mirror is also convenient for checking food particles that might be stuck between your teeth. You should also always bring an ample supply of clean, potable water with you, and the secret must-have item to keep in your trunk is a plastic container with a tight lid.
After a lunch meeting, you can do your oral-cleaning business in your car and it will only take you a few minutes.
Park your car in a safe space where you can have some privacy. You can then take out your oral hygiene kit and start brushing your teeth. Spit your gargled water in the plastic container then cover it with the lid and keep it in the trunk of your car. The idea might seem unpleasant, but having bad breath while talking to your boss is even worse. You can then throw away this gargled water once you get home.
By taking time to do this no matter how busy you are, you can prevent embarrassing social situations from happening to you.
